Bright spot is the staff. They are extremely nice and helpful. Best of any course around Destin that I know of, however, the course and especially the greens need a lot of care. Price point is too high for this quality of course.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, however, this is the only thing redeeming about this course. This golf course is in the absolute worst condition of any gulf coast track I’ve ever played. Most tee boxes and greens are completely dead. The owner of this property should be ashamed. I played here because my family and I were staying at the Seascape Resort and received a 40% discounted rate and it still isn’t worth it. Please save yourself the time and play at one of the other fine courses in the area.

It's a course with a good layout and some challenging holes from the blue tees, but overall poorly maintained tees, fairways & greens. Many of the fairways were in better shape than the greens! It beats just going to the driving range, but don't expect course conditions any better than a below average muni course. The greens will ruin your putting stroke for better maintained courses, so just count a 2 putt and move on without watching putts bump along. Think of playing here as a chance to dial in your distances. The cart GPS system was good, and you can get a good deal on GolfNow that makes it somewhat worthwhile.

I played here 2 years ago and it was a “get what you pay for” course at $35. Now it is pathetic and not even worth playing at any price. I wouldn’t waste your time or money. Until they give this course some major attention, I can’t even consider it a golf course.
