It was great about preparing the room with cleaned carpets and sanitizing it for my arrivval after a stem cell transplant. The amenities were fabulous too. Free breakfast and free appetizers during the resident mixers.Food was great also!! Breakfast beyond good!! I liked the waffles and sausage or bacon The gym had the right machines to help me strengthen after being in the hospital for more than a month. I will choose Residence in any time I stay for more than 2 days.

my family of four had to emergency evacuate our home due to mold. we asked for the cleanest room they could provide and explained our situation. we were then placed into a room with previous water damage and mold in it. This caused major problems for us as we were all susceptible to mold poisoning. the Manager, Glen, and the GM, we call here dragon lady b/c she reaked of cigarette smoke, denied that there was a problem and were very dismissive of our needs. we will never stay here or any Marriott hotel again. this is ashamed b/c I have used Marriott for years and was satisfied until now.

My husband and I stayed at this particular site the weekend of March 8, 2019 which happened to be our anniversary weekend. Much to my surprise the room they had given us was awesome! It was right by the back exit and we could come and go with so much ease. It was such a nice and relaxing place to stay. Kitchen was a delight as we brought in food and ate our leftovers as we felt fit. Nice n comfy! We have always stayed at this location, when we come to town for dr visits and otherwise. Much to my dismay...I find out later my husband had been over charged and was trying to get the finances fixed. So, knowing we were heading back to the valley, I took over and got things taken care of with the manager. Upon clearing things up, Well, I went ahead and made arrangements with the staff to stay again knowing we would be there the next night, the staff PROMISED me that we could have the same room. NOT! We got in late tonight, only to find out they have given out the room in which we request and put us up in the furthest room they could find for us. TOTALLY unacceptable! However, we are STUCK!

Very clean, great employees, loved our stay, also thank you for the 10 percent discount,, my husband is a patient at M D Anderson thank you for caring for the patients by giving them the 10 percent off. We stayed in room 103, the only complaint i have the air unit was very loud, kept us up. A suggestion, insert a accordian door to have more privacy when using the bathroom, i love my privacy. And so do other woman.. Agai thank you for the great stay.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Comfortable, clean and very affordable shall you need a place to stay. All suites and rooms have a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cookware and utensils. Very nice place to stay if you need a night or weekend as I did.
