I was thoroughly disappointed with the petite clothing selection. It was located in a small corner, and much of the offerings were geared towards older women. I would have liked to see a more balanced availability of styles within their petite offerings. I have been to many Macy stores because I am normally a huge fan of their petite clothing. Unfortunately, this was probably the worse selection that I've seen. It is a fairly large store with many regular and plus sized offerings.
Sad. Like walking in a graveyard of memories. Like when you view this marvelous play with beautiful staging. Then go back and look at the stage in the harsh light of daylight. Makes you wonder, How did they do that so well, given this?
We went downtown to get a housewarming gift for my cousin. He'll be living on his own now and we want to surprise him with something. This place is such haven. Everything is here and all products are wonderful. What you see is what you get.
I really like this Macy's. The very informed lady at the perfume and cologne counter is the best. She always has great recommendations and is just a great person
Macy's is a fine department store. Even in these days of online shopping it's nice to be able to stroll around and see choices prior to purchase. It isn't quite what it was, fewer staff, fewer floors and less choice - that should make us sad but it's also just the times we live in. Macy's is still well worth a visit for the traditional shopping experience.
