Their bike rental inventory used to be so nice. They’ve merged with Rent-A-Gear and now inventory is disgusting and doesn’t work. Takes forever to get a hold of them and not friendly customer service. I’ve been coming to Seaside for 15+ years and this is by far the nastiest bikes we’ve ever received- even the second set I had them bring.

We rented beach chairs/umbrellas from this company and received neither so if it would be possible to leave a zero I certainly would. What made it worse is they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to us when we reached out repeatedly. So we have no product and will of course be escalating to receive a refund back. I’m not really sure what else to say about a company who didn’t deliver a product or respond to emails or calls. We’re pretty patient people but this is hands down the worst customer experience ever encountered. I really hope folks flying in read this review and spare themselves the trouble. Use another company and don’t waste your time with this one.

Rented a bike in Miramar Beach FL for the month of February. Pricing was excellent with the discount we received through our rental unit. The staff at Live Well 30A is incredible to work with answering questions, arranging the rental and taking care of a small delivery issue. Bike quality is excellent unlike some of the other rental options we looked at. Thanks Live Well 30A!

We are now on our 2nd day on our vacation and still have no chairs/umbrellas but more importantly we still have not heard back from LiveWell 30A. Our delivery was scheduled for 6/13 and I can understand if a schedule mistake was made but the fact that we cannot get in touch through phone or email about our order is ridiculous. We received a follow up email on 6/14 to "check in" claiming how important customer service is but yet the means of contact listed in that email to get in touch has so far proven fruitless as we still have not heard back and have zero product. I want to thank LiveWell 30A for making the first days of our vacation a frustrating one as we flew in and now we will most likely have to purchase chairs and umbrellas that we won't be able to fly back with us but that is the only way we'll be able to enjoy the beach. This is hands down the worst customer service ever encountered. After leaving this review I'm assuming we won't hear back for our entire trip so please be warned if you're a vacationer I would not waste your time on this company who doesn't have enough courtesy to respond to paying customers.

Live Well 30A provided a beach umbrella and chairs set-up for my recent ladies getaway. They were professional and polite, and they were extremely accommodating and placed our set-up exactly where we requested. One evening we wanted to enjoy sunset, so we called and were told the gentleman would save us for last on his evening’s pick up. We were able to enjoy the sunset from the comfort of our comfy beach chairs! There may be cheaper companies, but if you value customers service, then you’ll love Live Well 30A.
