Highly recommend visiting this beach! We found it on day 3 of our 4 day trip and the hubby said, "Man, wish we would've found this place on day one!!" We arrived around 9:30am which I thought might be too early but it was perfect (August). Front row parking and very nice gentleman at the welcome station (yes, the small fee is SO worth it!). The beach was so very well taken care of and the wash off station and restrooms were well maintained also. A nice, quiet beach for the kids to play at... highly recommend it!

This was just a 5 star experience all the way around. The site itself ranked among the nicest I have stayed at, and that includes Fort Wilderness at Disney. This was an incredibly nice RV park that the workers take obvious pride in. Speaking of the workers, the rangers and employees were some of the nicest human beings I have encountered. It was almost hard to believe they were government employees. 5/5, amazing stay. Will absolutely be back.

No trash bins on the beach. Affordable to get in but not guarantee re entry if you need to leave for food or something. No animals allowed. No life guard. Warning flags with chart to show how the water is. One vending machine but most of drinks were sold out. Drinks were sodas at $1, water at $1 and sports drinks at $2. But the machine wasn't taking my bills and didn't have change to see if that would work. Overall nice and convenient but John Beasley park is free but no vending machine but they have trash bins.

Me and my family enjoyed the Beach at the park. The sand was very lovely and the water was very beautiful. It was very cool that there were showers outside. However the bathroom was a little messy, which I get a lot of people come in and out. The only thing I would really recommend is Showers in the bathroom with curtains so Men and women can actually rinse off well and change if need be, especially if they are not staying at a hotel and have a long drive home.
