Was attending a conference at a facility next to the church. A friend of mine & I arrived early, but were able to get into our rooms. The room was comfortable, the bed comfortable. The only problem might have been if I needed to use the desk to write at...no desk lamp. But the facility was clean, attractive and I had an enjoyable, albeit short, stay. Appreciated the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers in place of small bottles.
Stayed here 6 days last week. Super clean and comfortable. Great breakfast for free every morning. Staff at front desk was great. Highly recommend
The rooms were nice and clean. Tv, fridge, microwave, and hairdryer available. Checkout was a breeze. But, check-in took forever! The lady at check in just wanted to chat with everyone. She was friendly, but it’s not a good time when people want to get in and rest. Parking area seemed safe. Rooms were quiet minus the guy cleaning the windows lol. See photos 😂. They do good upkeep.
This hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room was large and quiet. Nice free breakfast and free WiFi. Great place to stay if you are in the East Phoenix area.
The property manager requested all my documents for my service dog then told me she need to see her do what she was trained to do if I wanted her to stay there. I explained she was a medical dog for seizures and she only alert when I have a seizure. Then she told me how she does not want service dogs on property. Then came by my room and would pound on my door to see if my dog would bark. The next morning my service dog was with me in another county and she call me to tell me how my dog was barking and disturbing the guest when my service dog was with me. I showed up to hotel couple hours later then she was back pedaling saying she never called me. Pat is the property manager there also think she the owner of the hotel. Went on line to read the reviews to find out that she has treated other service dogs the same way. I will be contacting best western about this property manager how she treat guest and service animals.
