We had the VIP "Toes on the beach" service last Friday. We were told that we would have a dedicated waiter for our table and that is indeed what the Beach Walk Cafe website says. Unfortunately we did not and service was lackluster. We had two appetizers but we left before ordering entrees and taking the remainder of our wine with us. The concept of a $300 set up fee for a table on the beach $100 minimum per person with a dedicated waiter is nice however the execution was just not there. If you pay this much money you shouldn't have to look for your waiter only to find them with another table.

Location excellent, on the beach with views of water. Our food was mediocre & very pricey for what it was. Cesar salad was tasteless. The grouper dish was good and was served with a sweet sauce on the plate, earning the 3 stars. It was a signature dish. All items are priced separately. "Fine dining" category but there are plenty of restaurants in the area with better prepared seafood. Only street parking, not allowed to park in their hotel lot even though you are eating in the restaurant. Would not dine there again.

Wonderful dinning experience! We were seated immediately and the staff was great. All courses of the meal were great and my Venison was cooked perfectly. My wife even got a rose after the meal. Bonus points for me! Thanks for a great evening!

Great setting with the ocean as your backdrop. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately the kitchen ran out of three signature items that me and my husband were looking forward to trying our last night in Destin. We ended up enjoying our lobster tails and tuna entrees and hope to come back and try other options whenever we visit again.

Service was very good. Excellent ambiance. Food was terrible. Everything from appetizers to dessert. Poor menu.I hope things change because this was my favorite place for the last 10 years.
