Really good fun, completely exceeded our expectations. Went with the work lot after work on the hottest day of the year! And after initially thinking we should have chilled at a bar instead.... this was completely worth it. Great fun, team building and rewarding. We did Alcatraz in 40 mins.... not bad for first timers.... highly recommend

Amazing experience to solve mystery. Lovely and helpful staff. Last moment adjusted time or else we could have missed the game due to traffic.

If you don;t have paypal then this is probably not the place for you. I booked over the phone with my card as I do not have a paypal account. When I had to cancel due to my partners illness the refund was sent to an account I had no idea existed anymore using my the email address I confirmed the order with. After much effort and no response from the team my refunded money is now lost (sent to a non existent bank account). Thanks. Shall be booking somewhere with more agreeable payment options!

Decent escape room in Shepards Bush across Westfield shopping centre. My party tried the Alcatraz room which was two rooms with logic based puzzles and Mission X which seemed easier - again a bit logic involved here also. The staff are friendly and have a bit of banter both in person and on the walkie talkies. It was a good laugh if you're in groups of 4-5 people

Me and my partner did the Alcatraz escape room and it was brilliant! We had such a laugh doing it. The staff were amazing, woman at the front was so lovely and polite and one of the guys introducing us to our room was so entertaining! Definitely would come back.
