Rachadamnoen Rd, Tambon Si Phum, Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Chang Wat Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand
This place is great. Good musicians are always there. Look for a small lady making pad thai. It's the best! So are her egg rolls. Wish I could remember her stand name or something. Great honest wares and good vibes
I loved this gigantic market (still my favourite is Chatuchak in Bangkok) with many options to buy cute souvenirs (many handcrafted) at fair prices while you walk around gorgeous Chiang Mai. You’ll find lot of food options as well if you want to grab a bite. I prefer this place much more than the night bazaar (more expensive and not that cool items to find). I totally recommend it, I’m glad I came. Please consider that it gets really crowded. Still absolutely worth a visit!
Very warm Sellers and many beautiful things to buy. We walk there for 2 hours and didn't notice that!
It's a vast area filled with food stands, small shops, musicians and more. The entire area is closed for vehicles. Even though I was there during off-season it was packed and really hard to move around. There is no alcohol, smoking or pets allowed in the area.
I was so disappointed with the night market given the fact that it was so great Atleast 6-8 years ago. Now they are catering to the China market that it has lost its identity as an amazing night market! Very disappointed!
