It's a great dessert place but not really for the food. It's alright if you are hungry but nothing inspiring. They do have a great interior, it is picture worthy
Great food, but will abandon the brand completely due to extreme slow and poor service. The manager apologized and explained the reasons behind poor service (all new staff members) which is inadequate for an 8 yrs old brand. The atmosphere and decor are great but the cleanliness does not match the beautiful decor (stains on the menu and chairs). Had so much expectation for the branch in the middle of the city. Left with utmost disappointment. Don't think it's the staff's inadequacy that is at fault but the brand management must step up to save the brand or just like the closed off area of the restaurant; the brand will not survive. Sincerely hope the brand management will take this feedback seriously.
At the beginning, the place was great and manage well in term of service. Dod not go back over a year till last night, very disappointed. The food was not impressive as before and super poor service.
Good Thai Fusion style food with a nice view on the 8th floor inside an air conditioned room. French onion soup tastes just like the U.S. and the Thai dishes are pretty tasty. Plenty of tables that can accommodate larger groups.
Simply put - a mediocre, disappointing experience at what’s a really beautifully decorated cafe. Service staff appeared very distracted and disinterested, while the service was slow. In fact, my iced coffee was served after my partner had already finished his main course. On that note, the gravy for his “Rad Nha Nue Sub” (fried rice noodle topped with minced pork) was uncharacteristically watery and my waffle was bland. We had high hopes given Audrey’s apparent popularity but ultimately, this cafe is just a pretty face. We won’t be coming back.
