On arrival I was warmly welcomed. I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut and gelled nails. My only disappointment was having a head massage (after shampoo) which didn't last even 20 seconds. No excuse because nobody was waiting and other stations were vacant. Other than that it I am truly impressed with your professionalism. Oh and my daughter delighted with treatment for rough heels. We'll definitely return and we highly recommend it.
