Do you not skip leg day at the gym? Training to ascend Kilimanjaro? We hiked to the lodge and back. 85% of the trail is rocks and loose gravel with a constant steep incline. Plan on 7 hours, bring a good pair of hiking shoes, and take your time on this challenging hike. Avoid if it's been recently raining.
