I've been tending to my sweet tooth here occasionally ever since they opened up in Promenada Mall (always taking cake to go). Had you asked me anytime before today, I would have said it's a 5 star place, because their products are very tasty. However, when I got home today, in my Palmiye box there were two pieces of cake and one moth (long dead and dry). I'm not bothered by a moth sneaking into a box, it's what moths do. But the fact that the shop assistant didn't even look once before shoving the cake in there isn't a good sign. Never going back there again. I'd rather tend to my sweet tooth baking at home.

Very good shop, and not so expensive. Always when I order tort 🎂, where in other shops the min is 3kg,they can do it in less kg. And the cakes are looking exactly as I wanted, so big plus. They are always in time, the first cake they did even in 1 day as I had urgent order.

Super rude!! Even if I was consuming their products I was asked to leave because my daughter(2 years old) had already in her hands an ice-cream from another shop. Can you believe that???

I was given a box of beautifully painted chocolate pralines as a present. One of them (a white one, with white filling) had mould in it.

Location hard to find inside the mall. Its at ground floor, unlike other dining places at 2nd floor
