This is such a cozy and familiar place. I love the fact that the owner/chef takes your order and gives you every little detail about the dishes. The menu is very seafood based and it's very delicious. The shrimp in white wine sauce is extremely good and I would totally recommend it as a fancy dinner order. The only bad thing about my experience was that we had to wait roughly 45-50 minutes for our order, despite the fact that they said it would only take 25-30. All in all, the waiting time is worth it because the food and service are really good.
Little family owned restaurant. You can tell they are not professionals but they are trying to do their best. Still they have a lot to improve. The ambience is nice and relaxed but the place looks a bit cheap. The menu is very inconvenient, as it is a blackboard they carry to the table. Food is fresh, good and tasty and the combinations they use make sense. It Is probably the best about this place. Their presentations look a bit messy. Sometimes simple is best. Main dishes do not come at the same time. About the service I found it patronising. And not very professional. They are a bit absent as well. Timing needs to be improved. Overall it was a good experience. It is a pace to consider in Bucharest.
This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to anywhere in the world. Not only was the food (and wine) incredible service and a chef that was so enthusiastic that nobody could help but become excited. If you are in Bucharest this cannot be missed.
Such a lovely place where the food is served to you fresh as possible by the most kind people ever. With every dish you will get the most amazing story behind it and the best advise on how to eat it. Warning: do not come here if you love good food and lovely people!
Absolutely fabulous, Beca described her choices of ingredient combinations of our chosen dishes with such enthusiasm, her passion for food is reflected in its taste and presentation. Was only going to have 2 courses, but after two amazing dishes had to try a desert as well. The setting is homely and cosy as opposed to glitzy, the food was exceptional.
