After the walk, it is time to have lunch and after lunch, we visit the Convent of Arouca and then the highest and most beautiful cascade of mainland Portugal, the Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Here, the Caima River is projected to more than 60 meters in height, in a natural spectacle worthy of being contemplated, listening to the waters that flow through the granitic rocks used by the canyoning practitioners.
At the end of the visits, we return to the point of origin.
