For the price, it’s excellent!!! The fish and the animals (the reptile room is a bit hidden so look for it) are so cool and diverse, and the museum is very interesting! Well worth a trip!
The best part is the fish outside and the fact that you can feed them 😁 👍🏼 The rest is a little boring... depends what you’re into, we wouldn’t be big into the reading/fact finding so we probably should have gone to the Ocenario for the ‘wow factor’ instead. Cheap entry fee so can’t complain!
Even if this aquarium is smaller in size compared to the Oceanarium in Lisbon, I liked this one in Alges because you can view most of the fish up close and there are also displays with all sort of marine life preserved in jars .I found it well worth the visit
Amazing exposition. Had a great fun there. Staff was very friendly. The museum and aquarium wasn’t crowded. The only bad thing is lack of English descriptions.
Had a very good afternoon here. Surprisingly well stocked with many species of marine life n some reptiles.. Seen the fish being fed, love it..
