Small and authentic restaurant to enjoy Fado in the middle of the best area to party in Lisbon. Minimum €10 per person. You will have a good time but be aware the service is very slow.

Authentic place with helpfull staff. I did not eat there, so can’t comment on the food but had a generous glass of good wine and listened to four different singers performing fado. I don’t know why people are complaining of the minimum consumption requirement if they are to take a table. The restaurant needs to pay the artist and the staff. I stood at the bar because I was not hungry and had no issue with it.

Place where you will find a lot of locals. Very traditional and cosy place. Here you can listen to the Fado traditional song in Portugal. It is forbidden to speak while singer is singing. But you probably won't want to speak, it is such an amazing song. Also, their Sangria was the best one that I have tried in Portugal.

A nice little place very popular amongst locals too. Be sure to arrive early as you sometimes do have to wait a while to get in. You don't really have to pay for the fado but you do have to consume.

We came with high expectations to this place, by recommendation of a friend. The place in itself isn't too bad, it actually is pretty authentic and traditional, you can see many Fado singers have come to this place in the pictures on the wall. However the staff seemed pretty rude, at least on our visit. Also they asked for minimum expense of 10€ per person...
