Nice view of the city. It also has an exhibit for artifacts. Refreshments are available in side. Be wary of the tuk tuks that are outside they seem to price gouge knowing you just left inside.

It's a pretty good and long hike up to this point but the view is amazing. There's a lot of stairs to climb but it's all doable, it's not that bad if you take your time. It's worth it if you have time.

This medieval castle has a overlooks beautiful view of Alfama and is dated from the 1st century BC. 10 euros per adult. Children under 12 is free. Seniors over 65 have a discount. No guided tours or recordings. You can pickup a map at ticket office right of the entrance.
