Great location, really nice and helpful staff. Terrible showers (sorry but true). Upgrade rooms way better than standard (I thought I'd paid for the upgrade but in fact got less than my friends who booked the cheaper rate - so check what your getting). Breakfast is served a few doors away but that's really no problem and really a good breakfast so I advise to go for it

5 stars for this amazing view of Lisbon. Pro Tip, you can go through the back of this and there are stairs that take you up to a very similar view with a rooftop that leads into the bridge. While that will not get you all the way to the top it will get you a close enough view without having to wait up to an hour and pay $5 Euros. That being said, I think everyone should go all the way to the top at least once to experience these beautiful views!

Save the walking to the higher area by using the lift. Panoramic view, at night is really nice, in an area that turns into a lot of people just heading for dinner or perhaps a drink. Street performers are great to watch, Lisbon is absolutely safe, day or night, not like other countries in Europe. You can relax and enjoy without having to worry about your purse or wallet ever.

The review will split to 2. The lift is a waist of time. You don't need to wait to purchase the tickets or stand in line to go up (1-2 hours). You can go 7 minutes around and reach directly to the top of the lift and enjoy the amazing view. We did the walk and enjoined the view in 40 minutes. I really recommend to see the view from the top since you can see the structure of the city and several attractions from high place.

Great view but using the lift is too expensive in my opinion. I recommend walking to the platform by feet and then just pay a little fee to get up some steps. It’s been 1,50€ per person when I went there a few days ago. The view is definitely worth it and it’s breathtaking that the lift is that old and still existing. You also skip to wait in line if you just go up to the platform by feet, using the streets next to it. You can enjoy a good coffee at the Café next to the platform of the lift after enjoying the view, it’s a bit high priced, but still okay.
