Praça da Estrela n°12, 1200-694 Lisboa, Portugal
My favourite park in Lisbon (that I have been to). Relax on a bench or bring a blanket and you'll always find a spot on the grass. Plenty of green grass, fountains, lots of trees, a pond with ducks and a kids play area - all maintained very well. Two cafes which serve light food as well. To dog owners, please bring poop bags. Literally the only problem you may find is smelly dog poop.
Very nice park (albeit called garden) in the middle of Lisbon. There are not that many parks in Lisbon but this one is very cool. There is a good children's playground where they can easily have fun. There are several small kiosks where you can seat down and grab something to eat/drink. Definitely recommended
Medium sized city garden, a fresh place to cool off and rest your feet on a hot summer day. There's a few interesting corners to look out if you are up to it. There's also a famous Church nearby. It's rather secluded, but the locals frequent it a lot. It's just that it's so easy to miss if you don't know about it.
Great playground for kids. Lucas (5) says: quite good. You could burst your ear drums. It's really super duper. Erica (11) says: a great playground for younger kids and also for me. I liked the pond and the big climbing frame and the aloe veras with the graffiti scratched in.
Beautiful public park with statues and various seating areas and cafes. It also has a kids play area and is pet friendly. Easily accessible via public transportation.
