What would you like with your hummus?? It's good but quite pricy considering the simplicity. Fantastic flavours, friendly staff and cool vibe. We didn't leave much on our plates that's for sure
Had high expectations for good Lebanese food, was thoroughly disappointed. Food was barely warm, waiters seem quite inexperienced. Our beers never came, and the waiters never asked about our food. My hummus tasted funky, yet I was served the exact same one as a replacement. The falafels were fried too long. I am sorry to say that this place is not worth it.
Excellent food and big plates! Really good hummus.
Very hipster Mediterranean food in Oslo. With a cool decor. Walls are covered with quotes and contemporary art stamps.
Server was friendly but extremely unhelpful with my questions around two menu items. I ended up picking the wrong one based on her misinformation. I’d also requested gluten-free pita, and she neglected to tell me it’s just regular gf sandwich bread, kind of half-toasted, half-soggy. She didn’t check in to ask how my meal was, so I had to go up to the counter to ask why I hadn’t gotten the beets that should’ve been included with my meal. Without apology, the manager asked brusquely “What table are you at?” (there are only about 10 in the whole place, only half of them with diners – it would’ve been easy enough to find me). I was disappointed to find they were just the kind from a can, overcooked and sweetened. (I’d assumed roasted. Right? Expensive restaurant, roasted beets?) When I mentioned to the manager that the server had led me astray with my order, she just said gruffly “She’s new” and didn’t offer an apology of any sort. Prices were high for what you get (even for Oslo), and the American music playing grated on my nerves. I will say the hummus and falafel were delicious! Had I come on another night and ordered differently, I might’ve had better things to say about this place - hence the three stars. But with the unsmiling manager, ordering mishaps and irritating music, I wouldn’t give it another shot.
