Our room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great views of the harbor. The breakfast selection was awesome and all of the food was very good. Close to many of the main attractions in the city.

Stayed here two non consecutive nights so had two different rooms. One directly facing the sea and one facing the pizza place next door. The rooms are fresh and spacious but are not identical. Some have usb port for charging phones but some do not. Some have heated floor in bathroom and some do not. Breakfast is astoundingly excellent. Orange juice you can squeeze yourself. Wonderful spread of hot and cold food sweet and savoury. Vegan section too.

Beautiful view yes, room not the cleanest. Checked in to a room woth a half drank coke still in the fridge. Free gift? No thanks I rather not. Shower is small, which is fine but the shampoos provided is dirty. Good for a short stay but not for long.

Good location and great views if you have a room facing the water. Breakfast is great. Minus points for no exercise room. The hotel has a deal with a local fitness centre, but don't expect it to be anywhere near next door. Much better than a so-so hotel fitness room though, so as a compromise it is acceptable, but it's probably a struggle to get to and from in the winter.

Very nice place for visiting northern part of Norway and the earth. Rooms are comfortable and excellent breakfast and food. Have not had the opportunity to go around and explore yet, but, very sure it would be interesting and exciting.
