Vulkan 5, 0178 Oslo, Norway
Very nice place for lunch or dinner. Lots of international options from Asian to Italian, however you can find Spanish Tapas, Hungarian Cuisine or varieties of meat and fish. A few bars inside and around the area and common seating area in the centre of the place. Depending on the place some have reasonable prices and other are quite pricey. Overall is worth a visit when passing by in Oslo.
In my opinion for every traveller and foodlover a must visit. You find a wide selection of food stores, little cafe/restaurant. They have very tempting donuts there as well. Nearby there is a small green area where you found even a waterfall.
A decent selection of street food with amazing and hard working staff. Free water for everyone, easy to refill water bottles or just to get a dip of clean cold fresh water. Definitely a great place to stop if you want to experience new food and new people
Very very nice place. Posh. Nice area outside as well. Food choices relatively limited if compared to famous food halls in other major cities worldwide. But it’s considered very good already in Oslo, given the culinary standards. Went to Vulkanfisk and ordered the mussels - there must have been like a 100 mussels in that pot; can easily satisfy 2 person with smaller appetite. Price is Norway moderately decent. Overall, not very impressed with Norway’s culinary and coffee scene. We had better in Iceland, Portugal, Spain etc.
Cool place, lot of things to taste, nice vibes. A bit pricey though.. But worth it.
