Best meal we have had in Norway! The meat and cheese board was generous (we picked the small one and it was plenty for sharing as an appetizer). We had halibut and hake for entrees which were expertly cooked, with delicious sauces and fresh perfectly cooked vegetables. Ambiance is cozy, modern, not too loud. Not many tables so reservations are definitely a good idea.

Small Restaurant, nice atmosphere. Very nice food and specials, great service. Short wine list but found something we really liked!

Good food. However the staff runs around like headless chicken. I recommend the pizza with "the world's best cheese", well above average for the tourist pizzas. You can book in advance, make sure to specify inside/outside and table. They got some really crummy ones. A good idea is to swing by at lunch to book dinner to ensure you don't get stuck in a corner, the headless chickens will try, and fail, to do something about it.

The "Posten Burger" is one the most tasty burgers you can find in Norway. And the price is good compared to other "gourmet" burgers in Norway. Also they have a good variety of local craft beer.

The place has an amazing view a good selection on the menu for food. the staff was kind and courteous and friendly the prices were fair and not a tourist trap. I would recommend it, when you visit.
