Brenneriveien 9C, 0182 Oslo, Norway
bouncers were friendly. asked me how much alcohol i had, i said two beers, they let me in, everything was fine. music was sometimes good, sometimes weird. drinks kind of expensive, around 10€ for a beer but i guess normal for Oslo.
Super amazing night club for jazz music! The performers are not only native Norwegians but also travel from world over! The crowd is amazing, drinks cheap and the entire vibe is happening. One of the longest standing jazz clubs in Oslo, it's not too commercial and not too small! Best for a bunch of friends over a weekend wanting to enjoy the night life!
The most miserable place of Oslo ever! Bouncers are racist and discriminative. If you are not Norwegian then they can humiliate you and do not let you in. However the bouncer was not even Norwegian.. Than their only reason is you are drunk. Even if you are not. Just because you buy more than 1 drink. The attitude of bouncers rather belongs to the Balkans, but not to the most developed country of the world.
Cozy outdoor seating area and they have one of my favorite gins :)
Bouncers are racist. They discriminate people for not looking ethnic Norwegian. We were kicked out for no reason, security was unable to explain us why. I would not recommend that place. BESIDES, THERE WAS A SHOOTING THERE 2 YEARS AGO. SO THEY ARE NOT JUST RACIST, THEY ARE ALSO INCOMPETENT.
