There is near Kathmandu Guest House. Breads are good quality and taste. But shopper is not well trained. Price is not expensive. The shop appearance is not so good. But I'm happy to finally get a baguette. It was good.

I spent a week in Thamel and tried out a few different bakeries in the area. Once I tried the chocolate truffle cake, I was sold! I've been traveling in Asia for the past 4 months and Hot Breads easily has some of the best chocolate cake I've had (which is quite a significant sample size). Highly recommend!

Not so good experience in this store not because of products but because of staffs. Me and my friend had bought some mini cakes, bread and quiches and paid separately. Firstly he said my total was 475( tried to over charge) then when i asked for my bill which was Npr. 372 but instead of saying he do-not have change or could have asked if i have change, he directly told me my total was Npr. 375 which I realized later and didnot like the idea of not being professional. No courtesy level at all. And my friend had bought 1 multigrain bread and quiches for 235 but her bill was not provided even though there seemed no problem with their system. Untrained arrogant staff and very sad customer service. But taste of my chocolate Charlotte and moose were mind blowing. If u visit this store be prepared to experience bad customer service unless they the train and change their staffs attitude towards guests. Donot forget to ask for your bill people.
