Sixt Rent a Car Marrakech

We rented car at Sixt. It was Fiat, the car was alright. There were a few scratches,but everything was marked on a paper. We paid by debit card- no problem,just money (deposit) are blocked for one month,then will return back Better to pay the best insurance ,because traffic in Maroko(Marrakech) is sometimes crazy. I recommend SixT.

After reading reviews from various rental companies in Morocco, I was really concerned about renting a car and driving throughout Morocco. While I can't say much about other agencies, my experience with Sixt was excellent. The pick up process was efficient, the lady who helped me spoke English, and I was off with my car within 25 minutes. The car was a newer model Renault, was fully gassed up, and had some minor scratches and dings, which I made sure to document with photos. The drop off process in Rabat was seamless as well. I would not hesitate to rent from Sixt in Marrakech again.

Very bad service, will never rent from here again. We chose to come here even though it was more expensive because it seemed reliable and to have good service. We were very wrong. First, we waited an hour before the woman even started to help us. She was waiting for the car of another person to come, and didn’t seem very busy, but still had us wait until that person had left. Then, it took about 30 minutes for our car to arrive, because the cars are kept on a far lot. We took the car and left, but soon realized it had an engine problem. She agreed to replace the car, and told us it would just take 15 minutes. It took another hour to exchange the car. Truly the worst experience I’ve had renting a car, anywhere.

Excellent overall service with a variety of cars I rented an automatic crossover for 7 days and it all went smoothly. The staff also speaks English, French, Arabic and is responsive. One of my best car rental experiences. Thank you Sixt Marrakech!
