I’ve never been so sad to leave an accommodation. The riad is just as beautiful as the pictures would have you believe and the staff was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The overall atmosphere is very calming. This will be my go-to whenever I return to Marrakech. Thanks for the lovely experience Riad Be!

Stunning aesthetics and quiet location. Loved the breakfast, pools and cats. Very laid back (I had to tell them about a few things missing from our bill) which makes for the perfect place to chill between souk and city adventures. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay great. Really appreciated the airport transfer (though, meet the driver just outside the terminal building rather than directly outside arrivals gate) and them squeezing in our breakfast a little early due to our mid morning flight. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

10/10 service - the staff were incredible and went above beyond. Especially, Younes with the long hair and glasses, he was super friendly, attentive, showed us local gems to eat at and made our stay at Riad BE one we would never forget, truly amazing. Would highly recommend.

A terrible experience visiting in June 2019 visiting this Riad. The staff (especially the man on reception) don’t have any manners and their customer service skills need attending to. Don’t waste your time or money on this place! They feel they can gain a good customer base by having a good social media following, however when their service is so poor, they aren’t likely to last long.
