Avenue Mohammed V, Essaouira 44000, Morocco
The staff were friendly, and it was a nice greeting. Though they didn't explain much, so we were a bit confused about where to go for what when we got there. The service was good in general, though sometimes took a while to be served. For example, you go to the bar to get a drink and they often say they'll bring it to you, but usually have to wait a while before it comes. So makes more sense to just wait at the bar and take it yourself to your table. Alcohol was expensive but this is just a general theme of Morocco, nothing to do with the hotel. The room service food wasn't the best, but the food in the bar area was always really nice! The staff in the bar were friendly too. Breakfast was I'd say better than some self service b&b's but not as good as a lot of places I've had breakfast at. It was sometimes cold and over/undercooked. But they'd make you a fresh omelette and those were always nice. It's a good location and the private beach area was nice. They did a lot of things to make it feel like a 5 star hotel, like carrying your bags to your room for you, but I think a lot of things weren't 5 star quality. So I rate it 4 stars because although a lot of the service was definitely 5* there were also things that I see as 3*. All in all though it was a clean, nice hotel, in a nice area, and I'd probably go again!
Nice room and pool. Only complaint was that it took a VERY LONG time to get our group dinner served. Took 1-1/2 hours before we even got any food.
It is my second time in Le Medina hotel and i will definitely come back when I visit Essaouira next time Very clean and the staff are amazing and very helpful Go for the delicious breakfast Thank you !
