Nice coffee shop, the usual Starbucks quality and service. It's claim to fame is that it overlooks the famous Shibuya crossing. It's great to grab a coffee and sip it while seeing the swarm of people moving in there different directions. The service was quick and latte was tasty. When it's crowded on weekends finding a good spot specially for groups might take more than 30 minutes. For weekdays visits and solo travelers it's a perfect spot.
If you can get a seat at the bench over looking the famous intersection, this is a great place for a rest. That said it’s hard to get said seat. However, at the end of the day it’s still a Starbucks. The coffee is overpriced and underwhelming. You can get a comparable coffee for a lot cheaper at any 7-11 or Family Mart.
Great location. Horrible customer service. Been a Starbucks customer for 20years. First store I’ve heard up that only has tall size. AVOID!!!!
Once you in you don't much care about its delicious coffee or whatever they offer, cuz the view to Shibuya crossing will take all your attention
Permanently packed with great view of the scramble if you can get to the window
