The Knot is in a great location with plenty of restaurants surrounding. Our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel had great amenities. We arrived after a long morning of travelling and our room was available prior to the check-in time which was fantastic. The breakfast daily is definitely worth it- most cafe's don't open until 10am in Tokyo. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive. They supplied us with an umbrella and a converter plug for the time of our stay which was handy (at no extra cost). Fresh water bottles were placed in the room after each day which was a nice detail to come back to. The only downside was there was no clothing storage (only a few hangers). Some drawers would be great, especially for those staying a little longer. Other than that, I can highly recommend!!

The accommodation is amazing and the housekeeping system is ingenious. It is easy to get to the hotel and you can see it perfectly at night. The location is by a bus stop and there are many local attractions. The staff helped us to swap our rooms sufficiently as it did not suit our needs. We exchanged it to a bigger bedroom within seconds. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly. Rooms have all amenities, and you can request additional supplies as shower caps and hand cream. I loved that shampoo etc are provided on large pump bottles and not the usual tiny disposables!! They provided umbrellas upon request. Check-in was automated though there is staff there to help

I generally liked the hotel. It has a good atmosphere and a modern and nicely decorated interior. Location is good as well, it's not far from the Tokyo metro (which you can reach with a nice walk through the adjacent park). Breakfast is excellent, albeit expensive. Good beds and air conditioning with low noise level; I slept well. A disadvantage of the hotel is that the rooms are tiny. There's not even enough space to open a suitcase, and there's no wardrobe to store clothing. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay. Also, the check-in process seemed overly complex. It took a lot of time to check in for reasons I didn't fully understand, requiring a lot of steps. The check-in process is such a basic part of running a hotel, it should work flawless in my opinion.

Very nice and chill hotel. Not a traditional one, but style , comfy and hippies. Love it! Staff are very polite and helpful. Room size is bigger than I expect, can fully open 2 luggage together at the same time without crashing each other. Not located in centered center, around 15 minutes walk to nishishinjuku station. Definitely highly recommend!
