Day 01: Arrival
You will be welcomed by our representative at the airport, who will drive you to a hotel in Kathmandu. Later on in the evening, you will enjoy a Welcome Dinner and stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Sightseeing (Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan City, Kumari Temple)
After breakfast, we kick-start our tour with some sightseeing activities. We will explore some of the most iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu city: Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan City, Kumari Temple and lastly drive back to the hotel and spend our second night in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast, we will take a very scenic drive through beautiful riverbanks and gorges which lasts for about 6 hours to Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara, we will visit Seti Gorge, Davis Falls and Bindubasini Temple. Pokhara is known as the city of lakes and it is the starting point for trekking and is the second largest city of Nepal. Located on a small island in the center of Lake Phewa, the Barahi Temple is the most fascinating landmark in Pokhara. From the temple, one can catch a glimpse of snow-capped mountains in the tranquil lake, a sight so serene and picturesque, it is bound to make a lasting impression. With a panoramic view of Annapurna range and Mount Fishtail, find peace in being so close to nature and marvel at the mysticism of the area.
We stay overnight at Pokhara.
Day 04: Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park
After finishing breakfast we will enjoy a boat ride on Fewa lake with Mt. Fishtail as our spectacular natural backdrop and visit Barahi temple in the middle of the lake. After the boat ride, we will take a 5-hour drive into Chitwan. Upon arrival, you will settle into your lodge and enjoy an evening walk through the local Tharu villages to see and learn about traditional rural life there in the heart of the Terai region of Nepal.
We spend the night in Chitwan.
Day 05: Chitwan National Park
Get up close and personal with nature and embrace the experience of walking in the jungle, riding an elephant and canoeing. You will get to see various types of animals like deer, rare one-horned Rhinoceros and if you are lucky enough, you might even get an opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tigers along with a great variety of flora and fauna.
We stay overnight at Chitwan.
Day 06: Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu
After breakfast, we will take a scenic 6-hour road trip to Kathmandu viewing the beautiful valleys, hills and river banks.We will stop for lunch on the way.
Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Day 07: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley(Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple)
After breakfast, we will set off for another sightseeing day: Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. The Buddhist stupa at Boudhanath is huge, surrounded by monasteries and strings of colorful, fluttering prayer flags. Nearby is Pashupatinath, the most important Hindu temple in Nepal. Although non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple, you can see through the temple complex from the holy riverbanks that house bathing and cremation ghats. Later in the evening, you will enjoy a Farewell Dinner. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 08: Departure
After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport on to your next destination.
