Hverfisgata 20, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland
Stairwells smelled like pee but most campervans can fit in here.
Good in and out location for parking your car. Easy to get on the highway from the exit.
Reasonable value and decent parking. Takes cash or card. Central to the shopping area and close to the bars and restaurants. Recommended.
While it may be more convenient, the parking lots here are pretty small in size. We drove a small car yet we find it cramp to park here, imagine a bigger car. When we arrive around 10am+, the parking is already almost full. The paying machine don't accept our credit card (which works perfectly elsewhere) and forces us to pay with cash.
Best place to park if you go to downtown. Really cheap for Iceland prices. I am quite clumsy with parking and I found easy to manage my car there. And there were some huge cars around my lot so they are not small places in my view. Be aware of closing times, it is not a 24/7 parking house. You can have issues with paying machine, it is an old one so it will not accept foreign credit cards , you need some cash to pay. I had the feeling there will never be staff inside that desk.
