I can't help but ding this otherwise delicious place for the really terrible service. While the staff were friendly and nice--and spoke great English--the wait time was impossibly long (more than an hour from when we ordered until our food arrived), and there was no communication until we asked what was happening (about 50 minutes into the wait). We'd gone in hoping for a quick meal after a long day. The fish was perfectly fried and almost worth the wait. As others have said, the "chips" are roasted potatos, not traditional French fries, but they were really delicious.

Excellent ling cod and chips on a bed of spinach and other mixed vegetables. Served quickly and served friendly. I highly recommend this establishment for fish and chips.

First the good: the food was really delicious. The bad: it took over an hour for our table of four to get our four orders of fish. We were told (after waiting 45min and asking where our food was) that they only had one cook. Still some more heads up about a wait would have been nice. Also don't go in expecting classic fish and chips. The chips are roasted potatoes. But they were still delicious as were the onion rings.

Oh man, was this delicious. It was great to see a refreshing take on fish and chips - the batter is to die for. Mango salad too. Those sauces were so great! I approve of this food and love that the fish is based on the catch of the day.

First off they do NOT have fish and chips. It is fish and roasted potatoes which were good but not what we wanted when we went to a restaurant with “fish and chips” in the name. When we entered the restaurant we were promptly seated and explained the unique menu. After that point we did not see a waiter for over 20 minutes. Others around us were seated and had their orders taken from their table. It was only after we walked to the front counter to ask if we could order there that a waiter came by our table. Other reviewers have complained about the soggy breading but we found it was the opposite. The fish was very crispy and bland. Again, the roasted potatoes were very good but not what we wanted when we sought out “Icelandic fish and chips.” Would not recommend.
