While this location is partially a tourist trap with absolutely sky high pricing at almost $100 for the cheapest ticket with no student discounts available. It was still an exceptional place that was a highlight of the trip. Came here right from the airport, make sure to book your tickets and reserve your time slot in advance although they were pretty lenient even when I technically missed the assigned time slot by 30 minutes. The water is amazing and really gives your skin a different feeling and the massive outdoor pool is quite exceptional. There are some areas of the pool that are warmer than others but overall the pool could have been slightly warmer since the air outside was freezing cold but it does allow you to stay in for quite a long time without getting dehydrated. They do offer water fountains at select locations around the pool which is nice. There’s also a floating bar where your first drink is included as part of your ticket. The complimentary mud mask is also quite nice although there’s a slight burning feeling and definitely don’t get it in your eyes as it’s a pain to get out. The dry sauna was quite nice with not too many people but the wet sauna was very disappointing and borderline cold. The waterfall location near the saunas was nice for a waterfall of warm water and a shoulder massage. Still highly recommend this location at least once in your lifetime.

I cool place and a must visit. Recommend stopping just after landing if possible, was a good start to our trip. Can be pretty busy but there is plenty of room to wonder about in the hot water. The showering process can be a bit demanding but you can bet the water is warm :)

Premium package comes with gown, slipper, 1 extra facial mask of your choice, 1 complementary silica facial mask (total 2) 1 drink were included. Careful with your gown and slipper, people just take them without permission. But staffs are pleasant so if you tell them that your gown and slipper are missing, they replace them for you. More towels are available in the towel container. Bring your hair comb for drying, your hair can become really hard for days even if you leave the conditioner in your hair as per instruction. Hair dryer, Qtip are available. Water fountains available just before entering and under the bridge a little further away. Steam and heat saunas are in separate rooms. Cafe can be pricey. Small food court inside the facility. It's definitely touristy but must go. Water is just magical.

Genuinely a highlight of the trip. I was expecting it to be such a tourist trap. It's not cheap, and you need to get a ticket ahead of time, but I had a great time. Even the budget option comes with a face mask and a free beer. The water is just incredible. I'd recommend

Definitely worth a trip as no place quite like it! We went at night so there weren't as many people as there probably are in the day. The water is warm, but could be hotter at times. The silica and blue water is cool, but is quite drying. The face mask was fun for pics and great to get the free drink included. Loved that you can swim around exploring the whole lagoon. I would love to go back in the day time to see it too. Had food at the cafe and where it was a bit expensive, it was good quality. I used water shoes which I preferred but my husband was fine barefeet. It is a magical beautiful setting.
