Recommendations

There are no trains in Iceland and therefore the quickest and cheapest way to get to and from the airport is by using one of the airport shuttle service companies: either Flybus or Airport Direct. You can either take the shuttle directly to the main bus terminal in downtown Reykjavik or transfer to a minibus taking you directly to your hotel or guesthouse. We recommend buying your airport shuttle ticket in advance to skip the hassle of buying one at the airport.
