Budapest, Szentháromság tér, 1014 Hungary
Fairytale architecture, elegant designs, serene and surreal view of the entire Budapest city. One of the finest tourist spots in Budapest by far. There’s a man with an eagle that you can take it in your hand and pat it. The trek up is fun although the local transport (bus) can take you up there. A lot of eateries up there including Jamie’s pizzeria. Highly recommended if you’re in this city.
A MUST VISIT ⭐️ This place is incredible. Compared to other attractions and learning about the history, see stunning views of Budapest this place definitely worth a visit. You can get direct Bus no 16 from city centre to this castle. I would recommend getting there either early in the morning or evening as other times it’s mobbed therefore, you can't take any stunning photos
A decorative short stretch of wall with parapets giving excellent views over the city. Can be busy in which case you may have to queue to avoid the wall becoming overcrowded. Next to the gorgeous Matthias Church so combine visiting both. The nearby district is also interesting with nice restaurants and bars and lots of artisan shops. The castle is also nearby.
Obviously it’s a must-see place! Quite crowded but still you shouldn’t miss it. Beautiful, cozy and very neat. The best experience is to take your friends and meet a sunset there.
This place is gorgeous especially during first light. Went during sunrise and it was absolutely peaceful and quiet. A photographers paradise indeed. Highly recommend to wander across and see the church itself also from various viewpoints instead of just from the front of the Bastion as tempted as you may be.
