A 5 Star Zoo experience! Animals seemed happy with their enclosures and we're quite active! Beautiful grounds with fantastic greenery and gardens. No rubbish laying around, very clean and tidy. Staff happy and friendly. Easy to navigate and our 2 year old loved it! Best Zoo we have been to so far!

The best zoo I've been to so far. The variety of animals is amazing. We've walked inside the zoo for around 5 hours and still didn't see everything. The zoo is very well kept, it's very clean and the signs are clear. There's a helpful map (you'll need it, it's a very big place with lots of paths going everywhere) and an information booth in the entrance. For families this is the perfect place to go. Even if you get tired of the zoo there is a very pretty park outside with lots of things to see and lots of playgrounds. It was a fun day for our family.

Loved this place ..it is massive take your time.. animals are really well looked after ..they enclosures are lovely. Price is not bad for a whole day adventure. . Loads of things to see and places to buy food and drinks. Bring you whole family you will not be disappointed . A definite must see if you in Budapest.

One of the most amazing zoos I have visited, can't wait until the new area is built and opened! The inside the mountain bit is absolutely amazing and so huge! Definitely get the chimney cakes as they're the best I've had and try to stay until late in the day as it gets much quieter and easier to get around!

A well equipped and amusing animal park for individuals, couples but mostly for families. The place is crowded with events and shows and minimum a full day is recommended for a visit. Please be aware that the zoo is open from 9 in the morning and is closing at 6 in the evening- if you wish to see everything take two days- in case you would like to enjoy the sights, too. A description of animals beforehand or some previous literacy is recommended for visitors, too as descriptions are not really available at the zoo.
