Definitely a place you have to see. Don't miss it! So many information about Ilulissat and its history. About local people, their lifes, geography and much more. There are many traditional greenlandic things for daily life and many other displays. It's really worth it.

Great museum to learn about a local hero and how Greenlandic life has evolved over the years. Top tip: Museum ticket is a combined entry ticket to both this and the local art museum (can't buy entry for just this museum only), but they do accept credit cards.

This is a great small museum in a beautiful building. It features historic paintings, Inuit artifacts, and contemporary installations. The curator is fantastic and very welcoming with tremendous information about the art and the town.

Nice small museum. But don't let yourself be fooled by the size, it's tightly packed with lots of interesting information. You can spend quite some time there if you want to take in everything.
