The currents and waves can be dangerous - be careful! It’s a nice beach if it’s not windy but there have been deaths here over they years...nevertheless the taverna above is great.

Unspoilt beach that is worth the effort to walk down to. Take notice of the signs about the sea. Clothing optional.

Beach with lots of 🌊 still a very scenic spot. Definitely a place to visit.

One of the most know places to be when you visit the island of ikaria! Must go place! Avoid August period that is extremely crowded!

I do not understand why the fuss about this beach. The sea is dangerous because there are strong currents, the access is difficult and you have to pass through the river where the water is really dirty and stinky. The view from above is really nice though.
