Great view. You have to go there, especially late in the afternoon in order to see the sunset. There are an ancient fountain, a giant cross over 18 meters, a monastery and a replica of the painting of Holy Mary of Filerimos.

This was our second visit to Filerimos Such peaceful place with peacocks everywhere Lovely little seating area to enjoy an ice cream If you wish to climb up the cross please be aware Monday is closed

Beautiful view over Rhodes. Not very much to experience here, but it's worth the time. There are also a lot of 'wild' peacocks there. My little boy was amazed by them. :) They are not dangerous. There is also a monastery you can visit. Costs a few euro's but it's worth the money. Beautiful place.

Beautiful and impressive in how good condition the monastery is. Hence also worth paying the entry fee of 6 Euro... simply seeing the cross and the view is only half the experience.

Absolutely stunning views, couldn't go inside due to repair work but still beautiful none the less.
