We had a lovely experience visiting the Rock with this company. Our driver was very funny, had excellent driving skills and answered every question we had for him. Unfortunately our trip could have started roughly one hour earlier. We bought our tickets at the office before crossing the landing strip. The office employee just gave us the receipt without any information regarding the departure of the tour, which is actually just outside that office. Without any clue where to go (since there was no-one from the company outside, or even just a little sign) we crossed the airstrip and followed the line of people into the city center. There we got informed by another guide that we had to go back to the front office (which we left 25 minutes earlier, since no one cared to tell us that) and get onto a taxi in front of the office. He also adviced us to get a bus ticket so we wouldn't have to walk all the way back. He was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, saying they should reimburse the cost of the bus ticket accompanied by a big apology. When we arrived at the front office, they immediately approached us, saying they had been looking for us all morning. Long story short: they thought it was our own fault, we weren't compensated and had to wait for another half an hour. So please take the tour, because it's a lovely experience, but be prepared, cause they expect you to figure the whole thing out for yourself.

Amazing tour. Good way to see the best views and attractions in under two hours. That was enough and we didn't feel rushed. Price was fair considering how much the cable car would have cost and then you have to walk everywhere. Our quide Peter was absolutely amazing and told us many interesting facts about Gibraltar. For some reason the price would have been higher at the border, but we began the tour from the centre and got a family discount. Also the price is bit cheaper if you pay in Pounds.

Disappointing. We’re rushed us on each stop and our driver wasn’t really much informative, we had to ask questions. It is false advertising to state it is a tour when they don’t offer much information. I noticed their drivers have limited information to share and driver was quick to drop us off at the end of the tour without concerns with tourist belongings or whereabouts to walk back to border. It is not the most helpful people- we left things we never recovered. Walk away from this tour or your driver, 1st if you can’t understand the driver much,!and 2nd, if they don’t give for additional time if you need to- I felt that we were just another cattle to herd and NOT helping us enjoy the tour. I saw other drivers more interactive to the people with their tours, ours unfortunately isn’t.

Great tour guides. This is the perfect way to see the main sites of Gibraltar if your crunched on time. Prices are fair considering what you'd pay using the cable cart and entry fee. The guys hustling tourist on the sidewalks about the tour sort of come off as a shady business practice, however, these guys are fair and honest people. They did not rush us at the stops and even told us all about the place.
