"The psychological effect of the complex is achieved by architectural means" (c) Actually a very impressive work. But I did not put the highest rating because only after I read in Internet what the author wanted to convey, I realized what feelings I experienced there. The author managed to show the picture that he wanted to show. He managed to make the visitor to feel what he wanted to give to feel at the monument. But I belong to the type of people who want not only to “feel / see something” in art, but also to understand this art (yes, even a monument dedicated to such a topic, to some extent is an art). But let it be purely my attitude, since this does not underestimate the value of this monument or the emotions that I experienced there.

This is quite an impressive site and quite iconic so take yourself here. We travelled by electric scooter. Just note you have to park them just on the opposite side of the road as its a no go parking zone for scooters or riding. I got a lovely view of the stones although admittedly did stand on top of one. My advise....don't 🤣. They weren't impressed but I got the shot. Would love to fly a drone over here you'd get some ace shots.

Amazing place. You can walk through or get lost in the maze of the concrete pillars which are getting increasingly higher towards the center For a braver persons you can try this at night! The feeling is truly memorable! Museum underneath is done in a very clever way and leaves you with some heavy thoughts about the genocide itself... This is a important place to visit when in Berlin

I’m not sure why should there be unfixed cracks on the blocks but let me tell you that’s a crime to a architecture of such. The place is peaceful and at the same time makes you really uncomfortable. It’s really a mixed feeling. While you try to enjoy the amazing sight of the site there is always something at the back of your head which tells you not to for its a memorial site installed for a depressing cause. Peace to the world

Sobering experience. Definitely makes you feel a certain way. Interesting concept and design by the artist. Would return again the next time I'm in Berlin. Some excellent photos available here as well. It's worth taking a walk through the structures. The feeling of being isolated as you go deeper into the structure gets to be a little intense. Highly recommend
