Private Wine & Cheese Tasting

Over two hours, our oenologist will help you unlock the secrets of French wine tasting. Our wine expert will teach you how to enjoy wine with more than just your sense of taste, and to associate certain types of cheeses with different varieties of wine to develop your olfactory senses – all within a unique setting dating back to Paris in the early 1900s.

In an intimate, friendly and cozy atmosphere, you will learn to savor wine by using the senses of sight, of smell and of taste. Be ready to discover some very surprising combination of flavors! You will also find out everything you’ve always wanted to know about oenology : the different grape varieties, the different technical terms, the process of wine making… May you be a complete novice or a fine connoisseur, Our oenologist will happily answer all of your questions. Get your curiosity satisfied thanks to this fun class, and bring back home some great facts and some real knowledge about wine that will dazzle your friends and family.
