64 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France
If you’re trying to decided between Printemps Haussmann or Galleries Lafayette (which are located next to each other) choose Printemps Hausmann! My experience here was more relaxed than the other shopping places I visited. There were minimal people and it was easy to move around. In the shoe department, there was an associate for each brand. I’ve never seen that before. The associates were super helpful and I was able to quickly and easily find a pair of comfortable shoes at a fair price.
I bought a bag in Celine on October 9. When I came back home, I realized that the wetland was not wrapped and the metal was dirty. I didn't get the paperwork or the guarantee card that I had to fill out. I wanted to call you because I was curious about what happened, but I couldn't because I didn't know your phone number. I bought an expensive bag for 1600 euros, but I'm angry because I don't think I got the proper treatment. I want a proper answer.
You can find most brands. Helpful personal. Quick tax refund kiosk. I got welcome card which had discount at some of the shops in Printemps.
We were there looking at some bags and became thirsty. We decided to go to the cafe downstairs. We ordered a juice and sat down to wait for our juice. As we were waiting I was looking towards the floor and saw a rat run by. Then another one run by after after, right by our table. Then another one. We waited about 5 minutes and we kept seeing them run around and eat stuff off the ground. They were baby mice and we saw at least three of them together but I am sure there are more since we kept seeing them run by. We got our 6€ juice, left the store and threw it away as soon as we could. We did not drink any of it. Because we were disgusted. Anyways we are never going back their to shop and definitely not to that cafe.
What a fabulous place to shop, the men's section is across the bridge. This places is massive, iconic, historic building, loved the service, helpful staff and a real treat. I always visit when in Paris. Very busy high season as you'd expect.
