3 Rue Étienne Marcel, 75001 Paris, France
Both the food and the service were amazing. My husband and I arrived shortly after their lunch hour started and I recommend doing so as the place filled very quickly. I noticed there was a healthily mixed clientele of locals and tourists and the staff operated amongst them with ease and friendly kindness. I ordered the special of the day (Pheasant in pepper sauce) and our food arrived within 15 minutes together with fresh bread for soaking up every last drop of the delicious entrée.
First time visiting Paris and felt like such a local eating here. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully ornate and the waitstaff was super friendly!! I loved the zucchini mint goat cheese and hanger steak - cooked to perfection!!! Merci beaucoup Poulette!
We went last weekend for dinner here and absolutely loved it. The steak frites were the best I’ve ever had, and the cocktails were delightful. I would definitely recommend a reservation; it was so busy by 7:30 that they were turning people away.
Excellent meal and service. The overall experience was fantastic. This was our last meal in Paris before heading home from vacation. I would highly recommend. I would get a reservation. Prices were relatively cheap and quality was superb. Amazing wine.
Lovely small place decorated with original century old tiles. Went there at 10pm for a late dinner. We had 2 starters, and 2 desserts. The children shared a bowl of home made French fries. Total, with wine, water and soft drinks were approx 70 euros. On the expensive side for the neighbourhood, but great value. Best asparagus ever!
