What a spécial dinner! Five of us found our way to a chic/funky excellent restaurant run by John Rider and his capable staff. Cuisine was perfect, each and every item we ordered. Atmosphère was casual but sophisticated and we found ourselves lingering for quite awhile. Thank you, John and Gabylou! We hope to be back someday.

Very friendly staff; short, interesting menu with good choices for each course - always a good sign; a nice casual ambience and vibe, good drinks options, and - above all, the food was delicious and fairly priced!! Oh, and they kept bringing delicious locally baked bread with yummy butter throughout the meal! All three courses were excellent (I had a carrot soup and a steak frittes for my starter and main) with some killer desserts - pineapple and a chocolate eclair. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a great, relaxed place to have a delicious meal - and I would happy to go back!! Recommended.
