Enjoy this guided tour to three of the most beautiful villages, Saksun, Tjørnuvík & Gjógv, the biggest waterfall and some of the best viewpoints, the Faroe Islands has to offer You will be picked up right next to your ship at the port, and from there, you can just look out the window, while the local tourguide happily tells you all the history of the beautiful surroundings you see trough your window. Between every village is a photostop or two, and there you can walk around by your own or accompanied by your tourguide. After the tour, you will be dropped of right by the ship, in good time before the ship leaves the harbour.

Stop At: Cleft Of Gjogv, Gjogv, Eysturoy

  • Walk around the amazingly beautiful village Gjógv which has its name after the big gorge

Stop At: Gjaar Church, Gjogv, Eysturoy

  • The village church dates from 1929. It was the first one to be consecrated in the village and the first one to feature services in Faroese.

Stop At: Slaettaratindur, Eysturoy

  • Slættaratindur (English: Flat peak) is the highest mountain in the Faroe Islands, at an elevation of 880 meters. It is located in the northern part of Eysturoy, between the villages of Eiði, Gjógv, and Funningur.

Stop At: Risin and Kellingin, Eysturoy

  • Photoshop at the two sea stacks Risin and Kellingin. The Giant (Risin) is the 71m stack further from the coast and the witch (Kellingin) is the 68m pointed stack nearer land.
