This nice lovey warm hotel is located in the old town which is in a walking distance to port and old town with good light smooth music playing in the lobby. This hotel has vey nice kind receptionist and service which is given to guests. The hotel offers free teas and coffees to people staying here. It is a pity that you have to wait for staff until they have time to prepare. Tea bags are from A.C. Perch’s which is a famous tea brand and shop in Denmark. They are willing to offer high quality tea to customers. This is definitely good to treat customers. There are some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The historic old town is nearby by walking. There is a famous Japanese sushi restaurant on the opposite of the hotel which is recommended for those who want to try typical Japanese food. Also, there are some famous local typical food which is produced by Faroe Tourism office. These restaurants are very close to this hotel. Lastly, if you do not have a budget limit, it is very worth to have a busy and choose to say here overnight. You will feel a cozy stay. It is truly to recommend to stay a lovely hotel night here.

The hotels location is excellent being in the center of Tórshavn. The breakfast is good, although not a wide variety of items. We lived in one of their cabins which were beautiful, unfortunately cleaning was dreadful with the cleaners only sloppily making the bed without changing the sheets, neither were the towels exchanged. Halfway through our stay we ran out of the hotels soap and shampoo, but when we called for more they told us that they didn't have any more shampoo. On the plus side, there is a WONDERFUL seafood buffet every Friday which is absolutely amazing. All and all, the stay was extremely uneven with half being excellent and the other half being below all reasonable expectations. I would only stay here for the Friday buffet and the location.

Stayed in the suite on my honeymoon/elopement, it had fantastic views and was very comfortable, bathroom was incredible. Pros There was a suana you could book that was a big plus. Breakfast buffet was great Cons We booked a year out and booked a junior suite, we contacted them a week prior to our visit and asked what happened to our room as it was no longer on the website. They responded and said it had been upgraded to a full suite and we could book that room for 3x more then what we paid prior. Otherwise we would be put in another room that was not up to the standard. Because we were on our honeymoon we paid the 3x price to try to enjoy ourselves. The hotel overall was nice and was downtown and you could walk everywhere. I was unhappy with the service of not being told about our room switch and left a sour taste in our mouth during our stay.

Stayed here for 5 days. It is a nice small hotel. Location is great, you are right in the centre of Tórshavn and you are at most 10-15 minutes slower walk away from most restaurants and sights. Buffet breakfast was great. Room I was staying in was small but it was comfortable and clean, and since I was spending most of the time outside I didn't mind it, but suppose that if you had to spend a lot of time in it it wouldn't be that good. Restaurant on the 6th floor has great panorama view of the town.

Really good service and friendly personnel. Great breakfast and the attached cafe Kasper is worth a visit. Hotel room was a bit pricey, but good standard.
