Luxor City, Luxor, Luxor Governorate, Egypt
Luxor Temple is another temple on the East Bank of the river Nile. This is a huge site and wear suitable flat shoes if you are going to visit the site. Our visit was early morning with a tour guide which I would highly recommend as otherwise you would have no idea what you are looking at. Our guide gave us time to explore ourselves as well as providing us with lots of really useful historical facts and details.
Truly one of the largest Ancient Egyptian temple complex on the east side of Luxor. It has 57 meters , 188 feet long and 51 meters 168 feet wide. 74 papyrus columns, While you walk around the complex it’s look amazing but when you hit the middle part of it and see the 72 columns is truly outstanding. Looks excellent at night.
Simply marvelous. Recommend you have a guide to share the history but canbe viewed alone if necessary. Located in Luxor so it is accessible and safe . A must see
Beautiful temple. A must see for anyone visiting Egypt. Can get very busy during peak times. Very well lit during the evening hours - perfect for any amateur or pro photographer 👍
Very Nice temple with fine detailed statues. And some of the walls still have colors
